About MeI am a senior politics major at Messiah College, near Harrisburg, PA. This coming fall I will be attending Penn State University's Dickinson School of Law. Throughout my undergraduate experience I have benefited from a variety of extracurricular experiences, including off-campus study opportunities and several internships. This spring I interned in Judge Guido's chambers at the Cumberland County Courthouse. This opportunity has helped to reaffirm my decision to pursue a legal education and to form a basis of knowledge for understanding Pennsylvania's judicial system. InterestsMy extracurricular interests include reading, writing, scrap-booking, and knitting. I am also an avid movie buff with a fondness for Hitchcock films and Jimmy Stewart. More than anything I love to travel. During the spring semester of my junior year I studied abroad in Athens, Greece and traveled throughout the country, an experience which enhanced my love for traveling. Back in the US I continue to endeavor to see and experience new places, even if they're only a few hours away. |
Aspirations
I am excited to spend the next three years immersed in the study of law at the Dickinson School of Law in Carlisle. I would eventually like to work in some sort of public interest field of law employing my law degree in the service of others.
